中部地区规模化猪舍高效水帘降温自控系统研究

The Efficient Water Curtain Cooling Control System in Large-scale Piggery in the Central Region of China

摘要 提出利用PID自整定方法控制水阀的供水量,根据对测量的温湿度来动态实时地调节风机改善猪舍内的空气流通,采用Zig Bee做无线采集节点,再汇聚节点由计算的结构来控制风机的速度和出水量,开发出一个循环的闭环自控系统,并介绍了系统硬件设计结构。对比实验结果表明,系统测量性能得到明显提高和改善。 The PID selftuning method was used to control water supply of water valve, according to temperature and humidity, dynamic and real- time regulating fan was conducted, so as to improve the air circulation inside piggery. The ZigBee was adopted to make wireless acquisition node, to sink node by calculating the structure to control fan speed and water, a cycle of the closed-loop control system was constituted, the system hardware design structure was proposed. The contrast experimental results showed that the performance of the system is obviously improved and perfected.
