格列美脲联合地特胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and safety analysis of Glimepiride combined with insulin Detemir in treatment of type 2 diabetes

目的探讨格列美脲联合地特胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病疗效及安全性。方法选取2012年4月-2014年4月我院收治220例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组各110例。对照组患者予以格列美脲联合中性精蛋白锌人胰岛素进行治疗,实验组患者予以格列美脲联合地特胰岛素进行治疗,为期半年。治疗结束后,对两组患者的Hb A1C、FBG、2h PG、0min C肽以及120min C肽进行测定、记录,另外对两组患者胰岛素的用量、血糖达标所需时间、体重增加值以及不良反应的发生情况进行统计记录。结果用药前,实验组患者与对照组患者Hb A1C、FBG、2h PG比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;用药后,两组患者的血糖水平均有所下降,以实验组下降更为显著,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;与对照组比较,实验组胰岛素用量低,血糖达标时间短,体重增加少,差异有统计学意义;实验组不良反应发生率较对照组低,为显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论格列美脲联合地特胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病,可快速有效的控制血糖,不良反应发生率低,安全性高,适宜于临床推广应用。

Objective To investgate efficacy and safety of Detemir combined with Glimepiride in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 220 cases who were diagnosed as type 2 diabetes patients in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 were selected, and devided into a control group and an observation group randomly, 110 cases in each group. The control group received Glimepirid combined with neutral protamine zinc human insulin,the observation group received Glimepiride combined with Detemire for half a year. Before and after treatment, FBG、2h PG,Hb A1 C, FC-P、2h C-P 、weight of two groups were monitored and recorded, the standard time of blood glucose, incidence of side effect and insulin dosage are recorded. Results Before treatment, the differences of FBG, 2h PG, Hb A1 C, FC-P, 2h C-P between the two groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）; after treatment, two groups of FBG, 2h PG and Hb A1 C, FC-P, 2h C-P decreased significantly, the difference was distinct（P〈0.05）; the observation group decreased more than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The standard time of blood glucose, increasement and insulin dosage were lower than those in the control group, the differences were significant（P〈0.05）;Incidence of side effect of observation group was lower than that of control group, the difference was palpable（P〈0.05）. Conclusion A quick and distinct therapeutic effect is achieved in the treatment with glimepiride and detemir to T2 DM, with a lower incidence of side effect. This technique is suitable for popularizing.
