乳头瘤病毒感染患者应用外用壳聚糖抗菌膜联合内服板蓝根颗粒治疗的临床效果

Clinical effect on external used chitosan antibacterial film combined oral isatis-root granule treatment on patients with papillomavirus infection

目的乳头瘤病毒感染者采用外用壳聚糖抗菌膜联合内服板蓝根颗粒的治疗方案后,对其临床效果进行分析。方法本次研究选取在我院妇科门诊确诊为乳头瘤病毒感染者90例,随机分为A、B、C三组,每组均30例。三组均外用壳聚糖抗菌膜,在此基础上A组同时内服板蓝根颗粒;B组采用物理治疗;C组采用期待治疗方法。对比三组患者在三次随访中的HPV分型、治疗后的临床效果及不良反应情况。结果第一次随访,A组HPV转阴率与B、C两组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第二、三次随访,A组转阴率均明显优于B组与C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过治疗后,A组HC2改善率明显优于B组与C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组不良反应发生率明显优于B、C两组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外用壳聚糖抗菌膜联合内服板蓝根颗粒治疗HPV感染患者疗效较佳,方案安全可靠,患者较为满意。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect on the treatment method of external used chitosan antibacterial film combined oral isatis-root granule treatment on patients with papillomavirus infection. Methods 90 patients with papillomavirus infection,who were diagnosed in outpatient of our hospital,were selected and were randomly divided into A,B,C group,with 30 cases in each group.The three groups were treated with external used chitosan antibacterial film,based on which,A group was treated with oral isatis-root granule at the same time,B group was treated with physical therapy,C group was treated with expectant management.To compare the HPV genotyping of the three followup,the clinical effect of post-treatment,and the adverse reactions of patients among the three groups. Results The differences of HPV negative rate of at first follow-up in A group was no statistical significance compared with which in B,C group（P〉0.05）,which at second and third follow-up in A group were obviously better than which in B,C group,the differences was statically significant（P〈0.05）.The HC2 improvement rate after treatment in A group was obviously better than which in B,C group,the differences was statically significant（P〈0.05）, the incidence of adverse reactions in A group was better than which in B, C group, but there was no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion External used chitosan antibacterial film combined oral isatis-root granule treatment on patients with papillomavirus infection has better effect,is safe and reliable,is more satisfied for patients.
