水胶体应用于小儿Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效观察与护理

Efficacy observation and nursing of water colloid in children with Ⅱ degree burn

目的探讨水胶体应用于小儿Ⅱ度烧伤的护理效果,评价其价值。方法对48例Ⅱ度烧伤患儿,按随机数字表法分为观察组(24例,采用康惠尔水胶体配合全面护理),对照组(24例,采用美宝烧伤膏配合全面护理),对比两组患者的临床护理效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组创面开始液化时间、创面开始修复时间、创面完全愈合时间及前4次换药时的疼痛性均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿Ⅱ度烧伤的护理中应用水胶体,愈合快,换药疼痛轻,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the water colloid in pediatric nursing Ⅱ degree burn effect, and evaluate its worth. Methods Children 48 cases with Ⅱ degree burns, according to the random number method divided into an observation group（24 cases, the use of com feel hydro colloid comprehensive nursing） and a control group（24 cases, using Mabel burn cream with comprehensive care）, compared the two groups of patients with clinical care effect and adverse reactions occur. Results The wound began liquefaction time, the wounds begin to repair, wound healing time and complete the first four painful dressing changes were significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of children＇s second degree burn, the application of water colloid, quick healing, pain of dressing change, safety is high, it is worth promoting.
