舒芬太尼-丙泊酚对老年患者进行静脉麻醉的临床效果

Clinical effect of intravenous anesthesia of sufentanil-propofol for elderly patients

目的探讨舒芬太尼-丙泊酚对老年患者进行静脉麻醉的临床效果。方法选择120例接受腹腔手术的老年患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者接受0.3μg/(kg·min)舒芬太尼药物以及80μg/(kg·min)丙泊酚药物进行麻醉,观察组患者接受0.15μg/(kg·min)舒芬太尼药物以及80μg/(kg·min)丙泊酚药物进行麻醉,对比两组患者的麻醉效果。结果两组患者的血流动力学指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的麻醉苏醒时间以及拔管时间要明显短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组不良反应的发生率为23.33%,观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 0.15μg/(kg·min)舒芬太尼药物以及8 0μg/(kg·min)丙泊酚药物对老年患者进行静脉麻醉,具有比较理想的麻醉效果,可以起到有效镇痛的效果,能够显著降低患者的苏醒时间,减少拔管时间,同时降低不良反应发生率,具有更高的安全性,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To explore clinical effect of intravenous anesthesia of sufentanil-propofol for elderly patients. Methods 120 elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery were selected as research objects and they were allocated to the control group and the observation group.Patients in the control group were received anesthesia of 0.3μg/（kg·min） sufentanil and 80μg/（kg·min） propofol.Patients in the observation group were received anesthesia of 0.15μg/（kg·min） sufentanil and 80μg/（kg·min） propofol.Anesthetic effects of patients in two groups were compared. Results Hemodynamic parameters of patients in two groups had no significant difference which was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Anesthesia awaking time and extubation time of patients in the onbservation group were both significantly shorter than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.VAS scores of patients in two groups had no significant difference which was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Incidence of adverse reactions of the control group was 23.33% and that of the observation group was 6.67%. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intravenous anesthesia of 0.15μg/（kg·min） sufentanil and 80μg/（kg·min） propofol for elderly patients has a more ideal anesthetic effect which has analgesia effect.It can significantly reduce anesthesia awaking time, extubation time and incidence of adverse reactions of patients, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
