纤支镜肺泡灌洗术联合乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片治疗尘肺的临床研究

Clinical study of fiberoptic bronchoscopy bronchoalveolar lavage combined with acetylcysteine effervescent tablets in the treatment of pneumoconiosis

目的研究纤支镜肺泡灌洗术联合乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片治疗尘肺的治疗效果。方法通过随机数表法的方法将100例男性尘肺患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者通过乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片治疗,观察组患者通过纤支镜肺泡灌洗术联合乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片治疗。结果通过纤支镜肺泡灌洗术联合乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片治疗尘肺患者,患者肺功能的相关指标有一个下降的趋势,患者的PCO_2、PO_2相对于治疗前有一定的好转;通过纤支镜肺泡灌洗术联合乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片治疗尘肺患者前后DLco下降的幅度比较缓慢;通过纤支镜肺泡灌洗术联合乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片治疗尘肺患者前后PCO_2降低幅度较小,而PO_2提高的程度较大。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用纤支镜肺泡灌洗术联合乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片治疗尘肺患者,能够对患者的临床症状改善,提高患者的生存质量,对患者的心理负担减轻,值得在临床上广泛应用推广。

Objective To investigate the bronchoscopic bronchoalveolar lavage for treatment of pneumoconiosis was combined with Acetylcysteine Effervescent Tablets treatment. Methods By the method of random number table,100 male cases with pneumoconiosis patients were divided into the two groups,the observation group and the control group.The patients in the control group were used in the treatment by acetylcysteine effervescent tablets,and for patients in the observation group by fiberoptic bronchoscopy with bronchoalveolar lavage was combined with acetyl cysteamine acid effervescent tablets for the treatment of pneumoconiosis. Results By fiberoptic bronchoscopy with bronchoalveolar lavage was combined with acetylcysteine effervescent tablets in treating patients with pneumoconiosis and related indexes of pulmonary function of patients with a downward trend,some improvement before treatment with respect to the patients of PCO2 and PO2;by fiberoptic bronchoscopy with bronchoalveolar lavage was combined with acetyl cysteamine acid effervescent tablets treatment of pneumoconiosis patients before and after DLCO decrease amplitude was relatively slow;by fiberoptic bronchoscopy with bronchoalveolar lavage was combined with acetylcysteine effervescent tablets in the treatment of pneumoconiosis patients before and after the PCO2 decreased to a lesser extent,and PO2 was increased greatly,the difference of the data was meaningful（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using fiberoptic bronchoscopy with bronchoalveolar lavage combined with acetyl cysteine Effervescent Tablets Treatment of pneumoconiosis patients,can on the patient＇s clinical improvement of symptoms,improving the quality of life of patients and reducing the psychological burden of patients,it is worth in clinical widely popularization and application.
