摘要
免费师范毕业生对免费师范生政策的认同引人关注。研究发现,部分免费师范毕业生对政策产生了心理排斥,还有部分免费师范毕业生则对政策表现出冷淡。导致免费师范毕业生政策认同度低的主要原因是,政策价值观存在认同危机、政策执行主体和政策目标群体缺乏沟通和协调、心理承受力超载以及政策执行主体执行方式不合理。为此,本研究提出加大政策宣传力度、改进政策执行主体的态度和方法、帮助免费师范毕业生增强心理承受力等对策建议。
Deficency in policy recognition of free normal students has drawn public's attention. This research shown that some students felt unconcern,while some even repelled psychologically against the policy.. The main causes are recognition crisis of values presented in the policy, lack of communication and coordination between policy executor and policy target group,vulnerable psychological endurance,, and the unreasonable policy implemention of policies executors..Therefore, the research suggests such corresponding strategies as to enhance the policy propaganda,to modify executors' attitude and better the way to work, as well as to enhance free normal students' enduring capacity.
