摘要
设计了滤料模拟工况测试平台,可以最大限度地模拟实际工况条件,对滤料进行老化实验。同时,在滤料模拟工况测试平台上测试玻纤滤料在模拟工况下老化的拉伸性能。结果表明,玻纤滤料具有很好的耐高温性能和较好的耐久性。
The aging test experiment condition of filter used for purifying kiln high temperature flue gas is differentfrom the actual working conditions, aimed at these shortages, the simulated working conditions testing platform of fil-ter is designed. The working conditions can be simulated and the filters are tested on the testing platform. The ten-sile properties of glass fiber filters are tested under simulated working conditions. The results show that the glass fi-ber filters have the excellent heat resistance performance and durability.
