摘要
针对新材料产业创新发展的现状和发展趋势,研究分析了泰达新材料产业面临的机遇和挑战,提出通过构建新政策、新制度的导向作用,聚集科技资源,提升创业融资环境和创新能力,以创新人才为驱动,充分利用泰达先行先试的政策优势、腹地广阔和交通发达的区位和基础原材料市场优势,实现新材料产业的创新发展。
In view of the present situation and development trend of the innovative development of new material industry,opportunities and challenges of the industry in TEDA were analyzed.It proposes to gather scientific and technological resources,promote financing environment for entrepreneurship and innovational ability through establishing a new systemand making new policies.Also,driven by innovative talents,make full use of TEDA’s advantages,including policy priority,vast backland,convenient transportation and a basic material market to realize the innovative development of the newmaterial industry.
