摘要
模块钻机管道材料及管道壁厚的选用对管道的制造、使用安全及管道投资有着举足轻重的作用。合理选用管道材料及壁厚,一方面能很好地保证管道系统使用的安全性,也能在一定程度上降低工程的一次投资及后续维保费用。根据相关的设计规范、标准的要求,结合以往项目的工程经验,从系统压力、管道介质、材料选用及腐蚀余量等方面,系统论述了不同流体工况对管道材料及壁厚的不同要求,给出了模块钻机上管道材料及壁厚的一般选用原则。
The selection of pipe material and wall thickness is important to piping fabrication,safety service and investmentof modular drilling rigs.Reasonable selection of pipe material and wall thickness can not only guarantee the servicesafety of piping system,but also reduce the first investment and following maintenance costs.According to the requirementsof relevant design specifications,standards as well as engineering experience,this paper systematically discussesdifferent fluid service requirements on different pipe materials and wall thicknesses from the aspects of system pressure,fluid service,material selection and corrosion allowance and etc.,and gives a general selection principle of pipe materialand wall thickness for modular drilling rigs.
