加强棱柱法应力计算应用研究

摘要 棱柱壳体是指由不同曲率柱壳组成的壳体,当构成棱柱壳体结构的柱壳或者板上有纵向或者横向的加强时,这种结构就叫做加强棱柱壳体。对加强棱柱壳体,采用加强棱柱法建立静力平衡微分方程,将方程中加强材的作用代之以外力作用,采用近似方法对方程进行求解,得到应力计算解析方程。同时,引入算例,将加强棱柱法分析结果与有限元分析软件ANSYS分析结果进行了对比。对比表明,二者结果比较接近,且加强棱柱法强度分析结果偏于保守,符合工程需要。 Prism shell is a type of shell comprised of shell bodies with different curvatures.If the shell is strengthened bytransverse or longitudinal stiffeners,the structure is called stiffened prism shell.Based on stiffened prismatic shell methods(SPSM),static equilibrium differential equation is deduced for structural analysis of the strengthened prism shell.Theeffect of the stiffener is replaced by applied force in the equation and the equation is solved by using approximationmethod.The stress analysis results of SPSM and FEM software ANSYS were compared by introducing analysis samples.The comparative analysis indicates approximate result of the two methods and the structural analysis results based onSPSM are more conservative,which meet the engineering requirements.
