摘要
雷公藤甲素(Triptolide,T10),又名雷公藤内酯醇,是雷公藤多种有效提取成分中免疫抑制及抗炎作用最强的单体。近年研究发现,T10不仅能通过诱导淋巴细胞凋亡、抑制淋巴细胞增殖来减少蛋白尿、治疗肾脏疾病,还能通过多种机制对肾小球滤过屏障的重要成分足细胞起到保护作用。本文从足细胞损伤机制出发,将T10对足细胞保护机制的研究进展进行综述。
