摘要
芦荟是隶属于百合科芦荟属的多年生肉质植物。多项实验室研究表明:芦荟除对创伤和烧伤的伤口有促愈合作用外,还有抗炎和免疫调节等作用。但提取物中各种有效成分之间的作用关系及其作用机制尚不够清晰。本文现对芦荟在烧伤治疗中的作用及其机制做一综述。
Aloe is a perennial succulent belonging to the liliaceal family,and is claimed that aloe has wound and burn healing properties,and inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects. Therefore,burn cream of aloe and a series of medications have been extensively used in clinic nowadays. However,the relationship between components of extract and their mechanisms were still unclear. This review aims to introduce the aloe＇s ingredients,adverse effect and their mechanism in burn therapy.
