摘要
中国民航企业特别是机场公司的激励机制设计都是"宽带"薪酬。随着大批年轻人的加入、机场大规模的扩张、人力成本的上升,原有的激励机制已无法适应新的需要。通过采取系统化思维,对现有激励方式进行全方位回顾与梳理,采用激励因素量表的方式识别S机场的激励因素,并提出解决方案。
Due to the relatively closed system, most of civil aviation enterprises in China, especially airport companies, have established the incentive mechanism, namely the so-called "broadband" pay; but with the employment of young people, large-scale expansion of airports, as well as the rise of labor costs, the original system design flaw was exposed. Therefore,we should systematically think and review the existing incen rives. In this paper, we adapt incentive scale to identify motivational factors, and propose some solutions in the end.
