摘要
B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病(B-cell lymphoma/leukemia,BCL)家族蛋白在细胞的增殖和抗凋亡等方面起重要作用。BCL11基因是BCL家族的成员之一,分为BCL11A和BCL11B基因。其中BCL11A基因是一种原癌基因,而BCL11B被认为是一种抑癌基因,近年来人们逐渐认识到了它们的结构与特点。越来越多的研究发现,它们不仅与血液系统淋巴细胞肿瘤的关系密切,还与很多其它系统的恶性肿瘤有着一定关系。本文主要介绍BCL11基因特点、功能,并结合最新的资料将其与人类各系统恶性肿瘤关系的研究做一综述。
The BCL( B-cell lymphoma/leukemia) family play a important role in the cell's proliferation and anti-apoptosis aspect. BCL11 gene is one member of the BCL family,including BCL11 A and BCL11 B gene. BCL11 A is a proto-oncogene,but BCL11 B is identified as an anti-oncogene. Recently,many researchers revealed their structure and characteristics. More and more studies showed that they not only had a close relationship with the malignant tumors of blood system,but also had something to do with other system's malignant tumors. In this review we will introduce the function and characteristics of the BCL11 gene,and also show its relationship with the different system's malignant tumors of human.
