N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖转移酶V(N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase-V,Gn T-V)是与肿瘤相关的一种重要的糖基化酶。而肿瘤的发生、发展、转移与新生血管有着密切的联系。研究发现Gn T-V与肿瘤血管生成有关,其主要通过血管生成因子的异常糖基化及分泌型Gn T-V调节肿瘤血管生成。

N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase-V（ Gn T-V） is a kind of important glycosylation enzyme that associated with cancer,of which,the occurrence,development and transfer is closely related to angiogenesis. Researchers found that tumor angiogenesis are concerned with Gn T-V,which can adjust the tumor angiogenesis through abnormal glycosylation of angiogenesis factor,and the secretion type of Gn T-V.
