同型半胱氨酸及其代谢酶基因多态性与缺血性脑卒中的相关性研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 高同型半胱氨酸血症是缺血性脑卒中发病的独立危险因素之一。关于同型半胱氨酸代谢酶基因多态性研究,主要包括:5,10-亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶基因、胱硫醚合成酶基因、甲硫氨酸合成酶基因和甲硫氨酸合成酶还原酶基因等。本文主要探讨同型半胱氨酸相关代谢酶的基因突变对缺血性脑卒中的影响。 One of independent risk factors for ischemic stroke is hyperhomocysteinemia. Many studies of homocysteine metabolic enzyme polymorphisms main include methylenete-trahydrofolate reductase gene, cystathionine β-synthase gene, methionine synthetase gene and methionine synthase reductase gene. This paper discussed the influence of gene mutation of homocysteine metabolic enzyme in ischemic stroke.
