被动吸烟大鼠睾丸组织结构变化与血清抑制素B水平的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过使大鼠被动吸烟,研究大鼠睾丸结构变化与血清抑制素B之间相互关系,从而为血清抑制素B在临床中的应用提供理论基础。方法选择8周龄健康雄性SD大鼠30只,体重150~180 g,随机分为吸烟组、戒烟组、对照组,将各组动物分别置于自制熏箱中造模,造模成功后,使用酶联免疫吸附实验检测各组大鼠血清抑制素B水平,采用HE染色后光镜下观察睾丸结构,研究两者关系。结果血清抑制素B:吸烟组与戒烟组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);吸烟组与8周对照组比较差异非常显著,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);戒烟组与12周对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。对照组睾丸组织中生精上皮基膜完整。戒烟组睾丸生精上皮基膜变薄,各级生精细胞减少,支持细胞间紧密连接减弱,间质细胞减少。吸烟组生精上皮层次变薄、基膜破裂溶解,支持细胞间紧密连接明显减弱,细胞间隙增大,间质水肿,间质细胞进一步减少。结论被动吸烟会导致睾丸结构出现不同程度病理改变;被动吸烟使血清抑制素B水平下降;被动吸烟可以导致睾丸生精功能降低;血清抑制素B检测对临床评估睾丸生精功能具有重要意义。 Objective The relationship between the change of the structure of the rat testis and the serum concentration of B in rats were studied by passive smoking. To provide the theoretical basis for the clinical application of serum B. Methods 30 healthy male SD rats were selected for 8 weeks, weight 150-180 g, they were randomly divided into smoking group, smoking cessation group and the control group, the rats in each group were placed in a homemade smoked box to make the required model, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent adsorption experiment were detected in rat serum B levels, the testicular structure was observed under light microscope after HE staining. And studied their relationship between structural changes of testicular tissue and serum B level. Results There was no significant difference between smoking group and smoking cessation group(P〈0.05); The difference between smoking group and 8 week control group was very significant, with statistical significance(P〈0.01); Smoking cessation group and 12 weeks control group had statistically significant difference(P〈0.05). The control group's seminiferous epithelial basement membrane was integrity. Smoking cessation group's testicular basement membrane of the seminiferous epithelium was thinning, spermatogenic cells decreased, support cell close connection to weaken, stromal cells reduced. In smoking group, the seminiferous epithelium level was thinner, basement membrane was broken, dissolved and support cell close connection was significantly decreased, the intercellular space increased, interstitial edema, interstitial cells were further reduced. Conclusions Passive smoking can lead to different pathological changes in testicular structure; Passive smoking causes a decrease in serum B levels; Passive smoking can lead to the decrease of testicular sperm function; The detection of serum B is of great significance for clinical evaluation of testicular spermatogenesis.
