迈向“十三五”的上海文化消费考察报告

摘要 "十二五"期间,上海在促进文化消费、发展文化产业,建设国际文化大都市方面做出许多努力和有益尝试。面向"十三五",上海文化消费仍有巨大提升空间:一是加强公共文化服务,向国际文化大都市标准靠拢;二是进一步推动文化体制改革,推动文化产业发展;三是加强国际旅游强市建设,注重上海形象的塑造;四是加快城市文化消费空间打造;五是注重文化消费主体的阶层化特征,培育健康向上消费理念。 In the "12th Five Year" period,Shanghai made many efforts and attempts in the promotion of cultural consumption,cultural industry development and the construction of international cultural metropolis.For the " 13th Five Year" period,cultural consumption still has a huge room for improvement:the first is to strengthen public cultural services,so can be closer to the international standard of cultural metropolis;the second is to further promote the reform of the cultural system and promote the development of cultural industry;the third is to strengthen the international tourism city construction,we should focus on shaping the image of Shanghai;the fourth is to accelerate the building of cultural consumption space city;the fifth is to focus on the class characteristics of the subject of cultural consumption,to cultivate a healthy consumption concept.
