观察复脉汤治疗冠心病室性期前收缩的临床疗效

目的探究在冠心病室性期前收缩患者中应用复脉汤进行治疗的临床疗效.方法：选取冠心病室性期前收缩患者68例作为研究对象,把68例患者分为观察组与对照组,每组34例,采用阿司匹林联合美托洛尔对两组患者进行治疗,在此基础上,应用复脉汤对观察组患者进行治疗,对比分析两组的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况.结果：采用不同的方法进行治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为94.1%,明显高于对照组的85.3%;且观察组不良反应发生率为2.9%,明显低于对照组的11.8%,两组比较差异明显,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：应用复脉汤对冠心病室性期前收缩患者进行治疗,能够实现良好的临床疗效,使临床症状得到明显改善,且副作用小,不良反应发生率低,值得推广使用.

Objectiveto study the effect of Reinstating Pulse Soup to treat premature ventricular beats （ PVB） of coronary heart disease （ CHD）. Methods： 68 patients with PVB of CHD were selected and divided into observation group and control group, each group has 34 cases, two groups treat aspirin and metoprolol, in addition, the Reinstating Pulse Soup treat on observation group,then compared the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction between two groups. Results： after different treatment, the total effective rate was 94.1% on observation group, which was significantly higher than 85.3% on control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.9% on observation group, which was significantly lower than 11.8% on control group, Compared two groups , there is a statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Reinstating Pulse Soup treat on patients with PVB of CHD, can achieve good clinical curative effect, and obviously improve the clinical symptoms with small side effects and low incidence of adverse reactions, it was worthy of treating on patients.
