中西医结合多途径治疗异位妊娠的临床运用

目的探讨中西医结合保守治疗异位妊娠疗效.方法：将研究对象随机分成对照组42例和治疗1组43例、治疗2组43例,分别采取西医保守治疗及西药配合中药口服治疗和多途径中西医结合保守治疗手段进行治疗,观察疗效.结果：各治疗组患者治疗的总有效率及不良反应发生率明显优于对照组患者,治疗2组患者的治愈率高于对照组.结论：多途径中西医结合保守治疗异位妊娠具有治愈率高,副反应小的优点.

ObjectiveTo explore the curative effect of Chinese and Western medicine combined with the ectopic pregnancy of the conservative treatment .Methods：Patients were randomly divided into three groups ,The test group1（n=43） 、the test group2（n=43）through Chinese and Western medicine combined with conservative treatment .the control group（n=42） through Western medicine conservative treatment. Result：the total effective rate in test groups were better than control; the test groups has less side effects than the control; The cure rate of experiment 2 groups of patients is higher than the control group .Conclusion：Chinese and Western medicine combined with the ectopic pregnancy of the conservative treatment can obtained high cure rate, and few side effects .
