加味真武汤治疗老年慢性心力衰竭疗效观察

摘要 目的观察加味真武汤治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效.方法:60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组参照慢性心力衰竭诊断治疗指南给予常规治疗.治疗组:在常规抗心衰药物治疗的基础上加服加味真武汤.2周后观测血浆NT-proBNP水平、中医症候积分、心功能分级(NYHA)水平,进行疗效评定.结果:治疗后,治疗组中医症候改善率优于对照组,(p〈0.05).血浆NT-proBNP水平下降高于对照组(p〈0.05),心功能两组改善程度无统计学差异.结论:加味真武汤能改善慢性心力衰竭患者NT-proBNP水平及中医症候,提高治疗有效率. Objective to observe the flavored really Wu Shang curative effect in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, control group with reference to the diagnosis and treatment of chronic heart failure guidelines given routine therapy. Treatment group: on the basis of conventional anti heart failure therapy Wu Shang add flavored. 2 weeks after the plasma NT - proBNP level observation, Chinese medicine symptom integral level and grade of cardiac function (NYHA), we assessed the efficacy. Results: after treatment, the treatment group of TCM symptoms period is better than that of control group, (p 〈 0.05). Plasma NT - proBNP levels higher than the control group (p 〈 0.05), cardiac function improved in the two groups has no statistical difference. Conclusion: flavored really Wu Shang can improve level of NT - proBNP in patients with chronic heart failure and TCM symptoms, improve the treatment efficiency.
