探讨四肢创伤骨科手术应用组合式外固定支架的临床效果

目的分析组合式外固定支架在四肢创伤骨科手术的临床应用效果.方法：选取本院2013年10月～2014年10月收治的在四肢创伤骨科手术中行组合式外固定支架治疗的患者60例,分析临床资料,观察临床应用效果.结果：Pilion骨折13例,优良率为92.31%;肱骨干骨骨折14例,优良率为92.86%;胫腓骨开放性骨折11例,优良率为90.91%;桡骨远端开放性粉碎性骨折12例,优良率为91.67%;胫骨多段骨折10例,优良率为90.00%;平均优良率为91.55%.另外,本研究中60例患者未出现严重并发症.结论：组合式外固定支架用于四肢创伤骨科手术中,疗效显著,有助于固定患肢,促进患处修复,同时还有着操作简便、创伤小的优势,具有临床推广价值.

ObjectiveTo analyze composite external fixator in limb trauma orthopedic surgery clinical application effect. Selection methods： our hospital in October 2013 to October 2014 were admitted in the limb trauma orthopedic surgery combined external fixation support treatment of 60 cases of patients as the research object, analysis of clinical data, observe clinical effect.Results：13 cases of Pilion fracture, fine rate was 92.31%, 14 cases of humeral bone fractures （92.86%）, 11 cases （90.91%）, open tibiofibula fractures open comminuted distal radius fractures in 12 cases （91.67%）, multistage tibial fracture 10 cases （90.00%）, combined external fixation support for limb trauma orthopedic surgery was 91.55% on average.Conclusion：The combined external fixator for limb trauma orthopedic surgery, curative effect is distinct, help stabilize limb, promote restoration of the affected area, as well as the advantages of convenient operation, small trauma, has clinical value.
