肝内胆管结石再次手术的术式选择

目的探讨肝内胆管结石再次手术的原因和术式选择.方法：随机选取我院2012年10月-2015年10月间收治的80例肝内胆管结石再次手术患者,对再次手术的原因及术式选择进行回顾分析.结果：再次手术的原因有前次手术结石残留、结石再生、肝内胆管狭窄未治疗成功、肝外胆管囊状扩张未处理等,根据再次手术的原因选择相应的手术治疗.结论：对再次手术原因进行充分的了解分析,并且选择再次手术要以肝病变切除为基础的术式.

Objective to study the cause of the intrahepatic bile duct reoperation and operation choice. Methods： randomly selected from October 2012 to October 2012 were between 80 patients with intrahepatic bile duct reoperation, the cause of the reoperation and surgical option for retrospective analysis. Results： the cause of the reoperation with previous surgery, residual stones regeneration, intrahepatic bile duct stricture treatment success or extrahepatic bile duct cystic expansion untreated, choose appropriate surgical treatment according to the cause of the reoperation. Conclusion： analyzing to fully understand the cause of reoperation, and choose reoperation should remove change in liver disease on the basis of operation.
