腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创疗法与开腹手术治疗胆道结石的疗效对比分析

目的探讨腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创疗法与开腹手术治疗胆道结石的临床疗效.方法：本文选取我院2014年6月-2015年6月收治的胆总管结石患者146例,随机将其分为对照组及观察组,各组患者73例;给予对照组患者行常规开腹手术,观察组患者行腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创手术治疗,详细比较两组患者的手术情况及其并发症.结果：两组患者手术时间比较,其间差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05;观察组患者手术之后,其并发症发生率低于对照组,其间差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05.结论：腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创治疗胆道结石,其临床效果良好,疗效确切,手术切口小且术后恢复快,值得临床广泛推广及应用.

Conclusion： laparoscopic joint choledochoscope minimally invasive treatment of biliary calculi, its clinical effect is good, the curative effect of small incision and postoperative recovery fast, worthy of clinical application and spread.
