风险管理应用于免疫性血小板减少症患者护理中的效果探讨

目的分析风险管理在免疫性血小板减少症（ITP）患者护理中的应用效果.方法：选取我院收治的86例ITP患者,随机均分为对照组（常规护理管理）和观察组（常规护理管理＋风险管理）各43例,比较两组患者的护理效果.结果：①观察组患者不良事件的发生率为4.65%（2/43）,对照组为18.60%（8/43）,两组差异显著（P〈0.05）;②观察组患者的护理满意度评分为（90.31±2.06）分,对照组为（87.26±1.97）分,两组对比差异显著（P〈0.05）.结论：将风险管理用于ITP患者的临床护理中,可显著降低不良事件发生率,且患者护理满意度高,指导推广与应用.

Objectiveto analyze the risk management in immune thrombocytopenia （ITP）, the application effect of patient care. Methods：select our hospital 86 cases of patients with ITP, Randomly divided into control group （routine nursing management） and observation group （routine nursing management ＋ risk management）, Both groups contained 43 patients, compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results：（1） the incidence of adverse events in patients with observing group was 4.65% （2/43）, the control group was 18.60% （8/43）, Significant difference comparing the two groups （P 〈 0.05）; （2） the observation group of patients for nursing satisfaction score （90.31-2.06） points, Compared to control group was （87.26 ＋ 87.26）, compared the two groups differ significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：the risk management for the clinical nursing of patients with ITP, Can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events, and patient care satisfaction is high, guide the popularization and application.
