100例胸外科病房护理中风险事件管理的效果及价值的研究

目的探讨胸外科病房护理风险及管理的效果.方法：研究我院2014年7月-2015年6月收治的胸外科200例患者,分为对照组和观察组各100例,其中对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组运用风险管理,分析两组护理管理效果.结果：在护理质量评分上,观察组均高于对照组,P〈0.05;在护理满意度上,观察组为99%,对照组为93%,P〈0.05.结论：胸外科病房护理管理中运用风险管理可以提升护理质量和患者满意度,适用于临床广泛开展.

Objective to study the effect of thoracic surgery ward nursing risk and management. Methods： our hospital in July 2014 to June 2015 treated 200 cases of thoracic surgery, each 100 cases were divided into control group and observation group, control group using conventional nursing management, observation group using the risk management, analysis of the effect of two groups of nursing management. Results： on nursing quality score, the observation group were higher than control group,P〈0.05; Satisfaction in nursing, observation group was 99%, the control group was 93%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： thoracic surgery ward nursing management in the use of risk management can improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction, and suitable for clinical widely carried out.
