研究参与型护理模式对糖尿病患者自我护理能力的影响

目的分析糖尿病患者在参与型护理模式的护理下对其自我护理能力的影响.方法：选取我院2014年5月～2015年5月收治的糖尿病患者80例为研究对象,随机分成两组,对照组采取常规护理模式进行护理,观察组采取患者参与护理决策及进行适当的自我护理,对比两组患者自我护理能力.结果：观察组自我护理能力各项评分指标结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义.结论：参与型护理模式有利于提高糖尿病患者的自我护理能力,从而提高患者的生活质量,值得广泛推广.

Objective to analyse diabetes in participated nursing mode under the care of the self care ability. Methods： from May 2014 to May 2015 treated 80 cases of diabetes patients as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, control group adopted routine nursing model for nursing, observation group patients involved in nursing decisions and in appropriate self care, compared two groups of patients with self-care ability. Results： the observation group of self-care ability score index results are higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： participated nursing mode to improve diabetes self-care ability, thus improve patients＇ quality of life, is worth popularizing widely.
