中医护理干预应用于肛肠病术后便秘中的临床效果观察

目的探讨中医护理干预在肛肠病术后便秘中的临床效果.方法：选取肛肠病行手术治疗后出现便秘的患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理方法干预便秘,观察组在常规护理方法干预的基础上给予中医辨证论治、调畅情志、耳穴贴敷、穴位按摩、疼痛护理等中医护理干预,比较患者术后便秘情况.结果：观察者术后便秘治疗有效率达84%,对照组为60%,观察组明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：对肛肠病术后便秘患者行中医护理干预,能明显改善患者便秘症状.

Objective to investigate the clinical effect of TCM nursing intervention on constipation after anorectal operation. Methods from January 2015 2015 and October in our hospital department of traditional Chinese medicine anorectal surgical treatment of 100 cases of patients with constipation as the object of study, divided for the observation group and the control group, patients in control group were treated with routine nursing intervention on constipation, the observation group on the basis of routine nursing intervention given TCM differentiation, the smooth transfer of emotions, auricular point sticking compress, massage, pain nursing of TCM nursing intervention, compared with postoperative constipation. Results the effective rate of the observation group was 84%, the control group was 60%, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion nursing intervention in constipation patients after anorectal disease, can significantly improve the symptoms of constipation patients.
