36例肉芽肿性乳腺炎病因分析及治疗情况的研究

目的对导致肉芽肿性乳腺炎的病因及临床治疗情况进行分析讨论.方法：选取我院于2014年6月――2015年11月收治并最终确诊为肉芽肿性乳腺炎的女性患者36例,现对这36例肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者进行回顾性分析与讨论,统计并分析其病因及治疗情况.结果：36例研究对象中有生育史者为27例（75.0%）,且15例（41.6%）有积乳病史,同时36例研究对象中30（83.3%）例有避孕药服药史.各组病因比较差异无统计学差异（P〉0.05）;在治疗方面：大多数的病例通过I期或II期手术切除病灶得以治愈.36例研究对象经过手术治疗病情基本都得到缓解,其中有28例患者使用强的松治疗后无复发情况,而剩余8例患者未使用强的松治疗有1例复发,并使用激素治疗后缓解,各组数据比较差异无统计学差异（P〉0.05）.结论：肉芽肿性乳腺炎疾病好发于生育期妇女,并和哺乳期积乳及避孕药服药等因素有密切关系,主要治疗方法采用手术治疗,并将皮质激素和抗生素联合使用可以有效的减少该病的复发.

Objective to analyze and discuss the causes and treatment of the etiology of granulomatous mastitis. Methods： in our hospital in June 2014 - 2015 from November and final diagnosis of 36 cases of female patients with granulomatous mastitis, of the 36 cases of granulomatous mastitis patients were retrospectively analyzed and discussed, statistics and analysis of the etiology and treatment. Results： 36 cases of the study subjects were 27 cases （75%）, and 15 cases （41.6%） had a history of breast milk, while 30 （83.3%） of the study subjects were 36 （） cases with birth control pills. There was no significant difference in the cause of the disease （P〉0.05）. In the treatment, most of the cases were cured by I or II. Study of 36 cases after surgical treatment of the disease can alleviate, of which there are 28 cases after prednisone treatment in patients with no recurrence, and the remaining 8 cases patients did not use prednisone in the treatment of a recurrence in 1 case, and use of hormone therapy after remission, the differences between the data in each group no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： granulomatous mastitis disease good hair in women of reproductive age, and lactation and product milk and contraceptive drug etc. factors have close relationship, the main treatment method by surgery and corticosteroids and antibiotics can effectively reduce the recurrence of the disease.
