Skin laser cosmetic treatment effect of nursing intervention

目的观察并研究皮肤激光美容治疗的护理干预效果.方法：选择2014年1月-2015年7月在本院进行皮肤激光美容治疗的患者88例,年龄19～52 岁,男26例,女62例.将患者随机分为两组,观察组按照常规护理方式实施护理,护理组按照综合护理方式实施护理干预.结果：比较两组患者护理前后的焦虑评分,患者经护理后的焦虑程度较护理前均有改善（P〈0.05）,与观察组比较,护理组的改善程度明显更高（P〈0.05）;比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度,观察组的满意率为88.64%,护理组的满意率为97.73%,后者显著优于前者,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：综合性护理干预对于皮肤激光美容治疗具有重要意义,不仅可以缓解患者的焦虑感,还有助于治疗后的恢复,值得推广.

Objective To observe and study the effects of nursing interventions aesthetic laser skin treatment. Methods： Select 88 patients from January 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital who receiving laser skin beauty treatment, aged 19 to 52 years old, male 26 cases, female 62 cases. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group of nursing care in a conventional manner, care group of nursing interventions in accordance with the comprehensive care approach.Results： Two groups were compared before and after treatment anxiety scores ,two groups were improved after nursing intervention than before （P 〈0.05）, compared with the observation group, the degree of improvement of care group was significantly higher （P 〈0.05）; comparison of the two groups of nursing work satisfaction, the observation group was 88.64% satisfaction, satisfaction of care group was 97.73%, which was significantly better than the former, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention for cosmetic laser skin treatment is important, not only can ease the anxiety of the patient, but also help to restore after treatment, it is worth promoting.
