鼻内镜下微波电凝与局部填塞治疗鼻出血的效果对比

Comparison of endoscopic microwave coagulation and local packing in the treatment of nasal hemorrhage

目的比较鼻内镜下微波电凝与传统局部填塞治疗鼻出血的临床疗效.方法：选择2013年4月至2014年8月我院收治的85例鼻出血患者,分为治疗组与对照组,分别进行鼻内镜下微波电凝止血与局部填塞治疗,比较两组患者的止血相关指标以及并发症发生情况.结果：治疗组患者止血时间、鼻腔通气恢复时间及填塞后再次出血率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,对照组的不良反应发生率为52.5%显著低于高于治疗组的13.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：鼻内镜下微波电凝止血效果更好,且能有效降低不良反应,减少了鼻黏膜损伤,值得临床推广.

ObjectiveTo compare the clinical effect of endoscopic microwave coagulation and traditional local packing in the treatment of nasal hemorrhage. Method：From April 2013 to August 2014, 85 cases of patients with nasal bleeding in our hospital were selected.they were divided into treatment group and control group,endoscopic microwave coagulation hemostasis and local packing in nasal endoscopy were performed.hemostatic related indicators and the incidence of complications were compared.Result：In the treatment group, the bleeding time, the recovery time of nasal ventilation and the rate of bleeding after filling were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction in control group was 52.5%, which was significantly lower than that in treatment group 13.3%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nasal endoscopic microwave coagulation effect is better, and can effectively reduce the adverse reaction, reduce the injury of nasal mucosa, is worthy of promotion.
