天王补心丹汤剂加减治疗帕金森病肝肾阴虚型便秘临床疗效分析

目的观察天王补心丹汤剂加减治疗帕金森病患者肝肾阴虚型便秘症状的临床疗效.方法：选择西医诊断为帕金森病伴有便秘,中医辨证符合肝肾阴虚型的患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各36例.抗帕金森病基础治疗不变,治疗组予口服天王补心丹汤剂加减,每日3次,疗程3周;对照组予聚乙二醇4000散,每次10g,每日2次,疗程3周.比较两组治疗便秘的近期、远期临床疗效及复发率.结果：治疗组近期疗效总有效率为88.88%,对照组为83.33%,两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,两组近期疗效相当;治疗组远期疗效总有效率为69.44%,对照组为47.22%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组远期疗效明显优于对照组.治疗组复发率为19.44%,对照组复发率36.11%.结论：口服天王补心丹汤剂加减治疗帕金森病伴便秘, 具有良好的远期临床疗效,复发率低,且无不良反应.

Comparison of two groups of treating constipation, forward recent clinical curative effect and recurrence rate. Results： treatment group in the near future curative effect of the total effective rate was 88.88%, control group was 83.33%, the difference between the two groups has no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）, two groups of the recent curative effect; Long curative effect in treatment group total effective rate was 69.44%, control group was 47.22%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, long curative effect in treatment group was better than the control group. Treatment group recurrence rate was 19.44%, control group recurrence rate was 36.11%. Conclusion： oral Tian-wang-bu-xin Dan soup medicinal broth for Parkinson＇s disease with constipation, has good long-term clinical curative effect, low recurrence rate, and no adverse reactions.
