摘要
目的探讨康复科脑卒中住院患者的营养不足及其风险评估.方法:选取康复科脑卒中住院患者80例,实施营养不足以及风险评估分析,观察康复科脑卒中患者的营养不足情况与营养风险因素.结果:所有患者的营养风险发生率为70.00%,伴随吞咽困难脑卒中患者的风险发生率是83.33%,伴随留置胃管脑卒中患者为83.33%.而所有患者、伴随吞咽困难患者以及伴随留置胃管脑卒中患者的营养不足发生率分别是12.50%、20.00%以及12.50%.结论:康复科脑卒中患者存在严重的营养不足与营养风险问题,在实际监测与评估过程中,相关人员要高度重视血清白蛋白的持续性监测,从而提高营养风险和营养不足在评估方面的科学性.
Objective to study the rehabilitation department of hospitalized patients with cerebral apoplexy malnutrition and its risk assessment. Selection methods: between January 2013 and September 2013, our hospital rehabilitation division, 80 cases of hospitalized patients with cerebral apoplexy, for all patients with malnutrition and the analysis of the risk assessment, to observe the rehabilitation of cerebral apoplexy patients nutritional deficiencies and nutritional risk factors. Results: all patients with nutritional risk rate was 70.00%, the incidence of associated with the risk of dysphagia in patients with cerebral apoplexy was 83.33%, with indwelling gastric tube in patients with cerebral apoplexy risk rate is 83.33%. , and all patients with dysphagia and associated with indwelling gastric tube in patients with cerebral apoplexy patients with malnutrition rates are 12.50%, 20.00% and 12.50% respectively. Conclusion: the rehabilitation of cerebral apoplexy patients have serious risk of malnutrition and nutrition problem, in the process of actual monitoring and evaluation, relevant personnel should attach great importance to the continuous monitoring of serum albumin, thus improve the nutritional risk and nutritional deficiencies in the evaluation of scientific nature.
