呼吸内科病房老年患者院内肺部感染危险因素分析

目的分析探究呼吸内科病房老年患者院内肺部感染危险因素.方法：选择2013年1月-2014年12月在我院就诊并接受住院的144例呼吸内科的老年患者,其中72例患者发生了院内感染为实验组,没有发生院内感染的72例患者属于对照组,对两组患者分析研究老年患者院内肺部感染危险因素.结果：分析发现两组患者的发生率在有创性操作、长期卧床以及吞咽困难等因素间相比较具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）.结论：长期卧床、创性操作以及吞咽困难是呼吸内科病房老年患者院内肺部感染的相关危险因素,临床工作中必须高度重视以及给予针对性的对策.

ObjectiveTo analyze the risk factors of respiratory medicine ward explore elderly hospital patients with pulmonary infection. Methods：January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital and hospitalization of 144 cases of respiratory medicine in elderly patients, of which 72 cases occurred in patients with nosocomial infections as the experimental group, 72 cases of nosocomial infection in patients with no control group belongs study of risk factors in elderly patients with nosocomial pulmonary infection in two groups of patients analyzed. Results：Found in incidence between the two groups of patients invasive procedures, bedridden and swallowing difficulties and other factors have statistically significant difference compared （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Bedridden, invasive procedures and risk factors associated with dysphagia are respiratory medicine ward nosocomial pulmonary infection in elderly patients, clinical work must be given high priority and targeted response.
