甲状腺结节患者术后护理分析

Postoperative nursing patients with thyroid nodules is analyzed

目的分析总结甲状腺结节手术患者的术后护理要点.方法：回顾分析32例甲状腺结节患者的临床资料,分析总结其术后护理要点.结果：本组32例患者术后住院时间平均为（8.12±1.65）d,除1例发生声嘶外,其余患者均恢复良好,均获得治愈出院.结论：甲状腺结节术后强化基础护理,加强并发症监护、健康宣教对于改善临床预后、促进病情康复具有重要意义.

Objective to analysis summary on postoperative nursing care of patients with thyroid nodule operation points. Methods： retrospective analysis the clinical data of 32 patients with thyroid nodules, analysis summarized the postoperative nursing points. Results： postoperative hospitalization for an average of 32 patients （8.12 ＋ 1.65） d, except 1 case occurred hearing the rest of the patients all recovered well, all were cured. Conclusion： thyroid nodule strengthening basic nursing, postoperative complications of monitor, the health education to improve clinical outcomes, promoting disease rehabilitation is of great significance.
