床尾挂牌式临床护理路径在产科护理中的运用及评价

目的探讨床尾挂牌式临床护理路径在产科产后护理中的运用及效果.方法：据本院2014年1月至6月收住的产妇为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予传统的产科标准护理方法进行护理,观察组给予床尾挂牌式临床护理路径的护理方法进行护理,并对结果进行统计分析.结果：两组产妇在住院期间对新生儿护理知识、母婴护理技巧、纯母乳喂养及满意度等方面进行比较具有显著差异,且观察组明显高于对照组.结论：床尾挂牌式临床护理路径的护理模式在产科产后的护理中有助于提高护理质量及产妇家属的满意度.在临床护理中具有推广价值.

Objectiveto investigate the clinical nursing pathway in obstetrics bed end up type use and effect of postpartum care. Methods：According to our hospital between January 2014 and June admitted women as the research object, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group given conventional obstetric standard nursing methods of nursing care, observation group was given the end of the bed on the nursing methods of clinical nursing path for nursing care, and the results were analyzed. Results：two groups of women during the stay in hospital for newborn care knowledge, maternal and child care skills, exclusive breastfeeding and satisfaction compared with significant difference, and the observation group is significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion：the end of the bed on type of clinical nursing path in postnatal care in obstetric nursing mode helps to improve the quality of nursing and the maternal family satisfaction. Value for popularization in clinical nursing.
