急性胆囊炎患者围术期的综合护理效果分析

Perioperative period in patients with acute cholecystitis analysis of the effect of comprehensive nursing care

目的探讨围手术期综合护理在急性胆囊炎患者中的应用效果.方法：将84例拟行手术治疗的急性胆囊炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组42例.对照组按照常规护理模式施护,观察组在对照组的基础上实施综合护理,对比两组的护理效果.结果：两组的手术时间及术中出血量无明显差异（P〉0.05）,但观察组的术后排气时间及住院时间均较对照组显著缩短（P〈0.05）;观察组的手术并发症发生率为7.14%,显著低于对照组的19.05%（P〈0.05）;观察组的护理满意度为95.24%,显著高于对照组的80.95%（P〈0.05）.结论：在急性胆囊炎患者围手术期实施综合护理有利于促进术后康复,减少并发症,缩短住院时间,提高护理质量与护理满意度,值得推广应用.

Objective to study the comprehensive perioperative care application effect in patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods： 84 cases of fitting lines of the surgical treatment of patients with acute cholecystitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases in each group. Control group according to the conventional nursing mode the nursing, the observation group in the control group on the basis of the implementation of comprehensive care, compared two groups of nursing effect. Results： two groups of operation time and intraoperative blood loss, no significant difference （P〉0.05）, but the observation group of postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay than the control group significantly reduced （P〈0.05）; Observation group operation complication rate was7.14%, significantly less than 19.05% of the control group （P〈0.05）; Observation group of nursing satisfaction was 95.24%, significantly higher than that of control group 80.95% （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： in patients with acute cholecystitis perioperative comprehensive nursing is beneficial to promote postoperative recovery, reduce complications, shorten hospitalization time, improve the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction, is worthy of popularization and application.
