循证护理在食管癌放疗患者中的应用

目的研究循证护理在食管癌放疗患者中的应用效果.方法：根据循证依据,检索相关文献,然后对证据的真实性、可靠性及临床实用性作出评价,最后通过循证护理策略,达到缓解患者心理压力、减少放疗不良反应的发生率.结果：通过对食管癌患者进行循证护理,结果发现,将循证护理应用于食管癌放疗患者,制定有效的护理干预措施,可缓解患者心理压力,减少放疗并发症的发生,提高患者治疗效果.结论：对于食管癌放疗患者,循证护理可有效地减少副反应和并发症的发生,缓解心理压力,保证治疗顺利完成,建议在食管癌放疗患者中推广循证护理.

Objective To analyze the value of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of esophagus cancer.Methods： We have accumulated associated articles, the checked the accuration,reliability and clinic practical of them, we have evaluated it＇s value in the treatment of the patients of esophagus cancer at last. Results： within evidence-based nursing, the mental pressure of the patients were released, the Complications associated with radio-therapy were released,the teraphy-effections were enhanced.Conclusion：Evidence-based nursing is useful to the treatment of the patients of esophagus cancer.
