阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征初次接受无创呼吸机治疗80例的观察与护理

目的探讨80例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者初次接受无创呼吸机治疗的疗效.方法： 选取2012年--2014年来我院确诊为中度OSAHS并接受治疗的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者80例,性别均为男性,AHI指数为14~83.6,中位数32.随机平均分成对照组和实验组.两组患者均首先使用传统药物鼾夫康进行治疗,并对患者进行相同的护理方式,其中实验组40例患者使用无创呼吸机治疗,而其余40例患者为对照组,对照组患者未经无创通气治疗,仅靠戒烟戒酒,晚上采用侧卧位休息等方法.对比两组的治疗效果病情缓解度.结果：在实验组经过无创呼吸机治疗之后,实验组显效25例,有效10例,无效5例,对照组显效3例,有效8例,无效29例,相对于对照组来说,效果更好.结论：无创呼吸机治疗对于阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者预防和减少并发症的发生,促进患者康复和缩短住院时间有一定积极意义.

Objective to investigate 80 cases of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom first noninvasive ventilator therapy efficacy. Methods： choose 2012-2014 years in our hospital diagnosed as moderate OSAHS and treatment of 80 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom, gender were men, AHI index of 14 ~ 83.6, the median 32. The average randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Two groups of patients were the first to use the traditional drug treatment to snore, kang, and the nursing care of patients in the same way, in which the experimental group, 40 patients were treated with noninvasive ventilator, while the remaining 40 patients as control group, control group patients without noninvasive ventilation treatment, only on give up smoking and drinking by adopting the method of lateral position and rest at night. Contrast the curative effect of two groups of remission in degrees. Results： in the experimental group after a noninvasive ventilator therapy, the experimental group 25 cases had marked effect, 10 cases of effective and ineffective in 5 cases, control group 3 cases had marked effect, 8 cases of effective and ineffective 29 cases, compared with the control group, the effect is better. Conclusion： noninvasive ventilator therapy for patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom to prevent and reduce complications, promote patients recovery and shorter hospital stay has certain positive meaning.
