聚乳酸可吸收材料在骨折治疗中的临床进展和研究

摘要 目的了解并探究聚乳酸可吸收材料在骨折治疗中的临床效果.方法:选取我院2013年12月-2014年12月收治的骨折患者136例,根据治疗方法的不同,将患者分为对照组(68例)和观察组(68例),对照组采用金属内固定治疗,观察组采用聚乳酸可吸收材料,观察两组患者的治疗效果.结果:对照组治疗总有效率为82.35%,观察组97.06%,对比差异显著(P〈0.05).结论:聚乳酸可吸收材料治疗骨折是一种较为理想的治疗方法,能够有效降低骨折造成的疼痛感,改善患者临床症状,促进骨折部位更快恢复,适合于临床推广和应用. Objective To investigate the clinical effect and explore polylactic acid absorbable materials in the fracture treatment. Methods: in our hospital from 2013 December -2014 year in December admitted during the period of fracture in patients with a total of 136 cases, according to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into the control group (68 cases) and observation group (68 cases), control group with metallic fixation treatment, observation group with polylactic acid absorbable material. Observation of two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results: the total effective rate of the control group was 82.35%, total effective rate of observation group was 97.06%, significant differences (P〈0.05). Conclusion: polylactic acid absorbable materials for the treatment of fracture is an ideal treatment method, can effectively reduce the fracture cause of pain, improve clinical symptoms, promote the fracture site faster recovery, is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
