精神分裂症患者无抽搐电休克治疗的护理观察

目的观察精神分裂症患者无抽搐电休克治疗的护理效果,总结护理方法.方法：选取我院行无抽搐电休克治疗的精神分裂症患者46例,在治疗前、中、后给予其综合护理,观察患者的治疗效果、护理满意度情况.结果：在无抽搐电休克治疗和综合护理后,患者精神分裂症状显著改善的有38例,有效率为82.6%,护理满意度为93.5%（43/46）.结论：精神分裂症患者在行无抽搐电休克治疗时,给予其心理、生命体征等综合护理,可以减轻患者痛苦,提高治疗效果,保证患者生活质量.

Objective to observe the patients with schizophrenia have no tic electroconvulsive therapy nursing effect, summarized the nursing methods. Methods： to choose our line no tic electroconvulsive therapy of patients with schizophrenia, 46 cases in the treatment of before, during and after given the comprehensive nursing, observe the therapeutic effect of patients and nursing satisfaction. Results： in the absence of tic electroconvulsive therapy and comprehensive nursing care, patients with schizophrenia symptoms improved significantly in 38 cases, the effective rate was 82.6%, and nursing satisfaction was 93.5% （43/46）. Conclusion： the patients with schizophrenia in no tic electroconvulsive therapy, given the psychological, vital signs, such as the comprehensive nursing care, patients can reduce pain, improve the effect of treatment, ensure the quality of patients life.
