浅析外伤性肝破裂并失血性休克患者的急救及护理

目的探讨外伤性肝破裂并失血性休克患者的急救及护理方法.方法：选取我院2013年6月～2015年6月收治的外伤性肝破裂并失血性休克患者50例为研究对象,对其进行积极抢救,并严密观察患者病情的变化,做好术前急救与护理以及术后护理.结果：48例治愈出院,2例死亡,抢救成功率为96%.结论：外伤性肝破裂并失血性休克的病情危急,因此护理人员要熟练掌握急救护理流程,与医生进行密切配合,对患者进行术前与术后护理,保证患者的生命安全.

objective to study the patients with traumatic hepatic rupture and uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock in the emergency treatment and nursing methods. Methods： select our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were 50 patients with traumatic hepatic rupture and uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock as the research object, carries on the positive rescue, and closely observe the change of the patients, emergency treatment and nursing and postoperative nursing care for the operation. Results： 48 cases were cured and discharged, 2 cases died, rescue success rate of 96%. Conclusion： traumatic hepatic rupture and uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock in critical condition, so nursing staff should master first aid process, closely cooperate with the doctor, for patients with preoperative and postoperative nursing, ensure the life safety of patients.
