Slug P53及Bcl-2表达在食管鳞癌淋巴结转移中作用

摘要 目的研究Slug、 P53及Bcl-2在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达,探讨它们在食管鳞癌淋巴结转移中作用.方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测70例食管鳞状细胞癌的Slug、P53及Bcl-2的表达情况,统计分析Slug、P53及Bcl-2与食管鳞状细胞癌淋巴结转移的作用及其相关性.结果:Slug、P53及Bcl-2在食管鳞状细胞癌淋巴结转移组比无淋巴结转移组明显高表达(P〈0.05),Slug与P53的表达呈正相关(p〈0.05)Slug与Bcl-2的表达呈显著正相关(P〈0.01).结论:Slug在食管鳞癌中的高表达及与P53、bcl-2的相关性表明,Slug与P53、bcl-2在食管鳞状细胞癌淋巴结转移中发挥重要作用. Purpose To study the expression of slug,p53and bcl-2 in Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and their role in lymph node metastasis.Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of slug,p53and bcl-2 in 70cases of Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Results The expressions of slug,p53and bcl-2 in carcinomas with lymph node metastasis were higher than those in carcinomas without lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05). The positive expression rate of slug had a positive correlation with those of p53 (P〈0.05) . The positive expression rate of slug had a positive correlation with those of bcl-2 (P〈0.01).Conclusion Over expression of slug in Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and the relationships between P53,bcl-2, and slug Show that P53 and bcl-2 may play an important role in esophageal tumorgenesis and disease progress.
