红皮病型银屑病的护理措施及出院指导

目的研究并探讨红皮病型银屑病的护理措施及出院指导,总结护理经验,为红皮病型银屑病患者提供更好的护理措施.方法：依据纳入排除标准从我院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的红皮病型银屑病患者中随机抽取60例,在患者治疗过程中对患者进行护理,患者出院后对患者进行出院指导.回顾性分析护理措施及出院指导的临床效果.结果：60例红皮病型银屑病患者在经过正规的护理后,42例患者痊愈,14例患者病情好转,无效4例,总有效率为93.3%;数据具有统计学差异（P﹤0.05）.患者出现心律失常、胃肠道感染、内分泌功能异常不良反应的发生率依次为1.67%、3.33%、1.67%;数据具有统计学差异（P﹤0.05）.结论：在红皮病型银屑病患者的治疗中,对患者进行积极有效的护理措施,可以使患者尽早得到康复,并且患者出院后对患者进行出院指导,可以有效提高患者的生活质量.

Objective To study and explore the nursing measures and discharge guidance of erythrodermic psoriasis, to sum up the nursing experience, provide better nursing measures for patients with erythrodermic psoriasis. Methods： According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria ,60 cases of erythrodermic psoriasis patients admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected,they achieved nursing measure during treatment,after discharge ,they received discharge guidance. Retrospective analyzed clinical effect of nursing measures and hospital discharge guidance. Results： There were 42 cases were cured, 14 cases of patients improved, 4 cases ineffective in 60 cases of patients with erythrodermic psoriasis after the regular nursing, the total efficiency was 93.3%; data with statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of arrhythmia, gastrointestinal tract infection and endocrine dysfunction in patients with gastrointestinal tract infection were 1.67%, 3.33%, 1.67%, and the data were statistically different （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： In the treatment of erythrodermic psoriasis patients,ositive and effective nursing measures, so that patients can recover at an early date and patients after discharge for patients were discharge guidance and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
