中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的疗效探究

目的探索中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效.方法：选取100例溃疡性结肠炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组采用柳氮磺胺吡啶片治疗,观察组采用中药保留灌肠.结果：100例患者经密切观察后,对照组的总有效率显著低于观察组（96.00%）,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）. 结论：中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果确切,值得将其在临床上推广应用.

Objective to explore the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods： 100 patients with ulcerative colitis were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group has 50 cases, control group adopts sulfanilamide pyridine willow nitrogen treatment, observation group with Chinese medicine retention enema. Results： 100 cases of patients after close observation, control group adopts the willow nitrogen sulfanilamide pyridine slice of the total effective rate is lower than the observation group total effective rate （96.00%）. The observation group was significantly better than control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis effect is exact, is worth popularizing in clinical application.
