大柴胡汤在肝胆系统疾病治疗中的运用分析

目的对大柴胡汤在肝胆系统疾病治疗中的运用效果进行观察与探讨.方法：对2013年6月-2015年6月我院治疗的120例肝胆系统疾病患者进行临床的相关研究,按照随机数字法分为两组,每组60例,对照组患者进行常规西药治疗,研究组行大柴胡汤治疗,分析两组患者的效果.结果：研究组肝胆系统疾病患者的治疗总有效率（96.67%）与对照组肝胆系统疾病患者（65.00%）相比,P〈0.05,组间差异明显.结论：对肝胆系统疾病患者给予大柴胡汤治疗的效果较佳.

Objective to major bupleurum decoction in treating diseases of the liver and gallbladder system using effects were observed and discussed. Methods： in June 2013 to June 2015 treated in our hospital during the period of 120 patients with diseases of the liver and gallbladder system for clinical research, divided into two groups according to random number method, 60 cases in each group, to conventional western medicine treatment, control group patients to major bupleurum decoction treatment group patients, analyze the effect of two groups of patients. Results： the team the treatment of patients with diseases of the liver and gallbladder system total effective rate （96.67%） courage system disease patients （65.00%） compared with control group, P 〈 0.05, significant difference between the groups. Conclusion： for patients with diseases of the liver and gallbladder system gives major bupleurum decoction treatment effect is better.
