胸腰段脊柱结核伴截瘫的外科治疗

目的探究胸腰段脊柱结核伴截瘫的外科治疗效果.方法：采用回顾性分析法,选取胸腰段脊柱结核伴截瘫患者60例,观察并分析外科疗效.结果：患者通过治疗后,全部愈合,且术后Cobb角、VAS评分与术前相比,差异有统计学研究意义（P〈0.05）.结论：对胸腰段脊柱结核伴截瘫患者采用抗结核药物治疗结合手术治疗,能够彻底清除病灶,缓解脊髓压迫,减少脊柱畸形发生,使得截瘫加快恢复,值得在临床上大力推广和应用.

Objective To explore the breast effect of surgical treatment of lumbar spinal tuberculosis with paraplegia.Methods：A retrospective analysis, selected from February 2014 to April 2014 in our hospital during the period of thoracic lumbar segment, a total of 60 patients with spinal tuberculosis with paraplegia, observation and analysis in the surgical treatment of patients with curative effect. Results： The patients after treatment, all healing, and postoperative Cobb Angle, obvious difference compared with preoperative VAS score, P 〈 0.05, and difference of statistical research significance. Conclusion： The thoracic lumbar spinal tuberculosis with paraplegia were treated by anti-tuberculosis drug treatment combined with surgical treatment, it can remove the focus thoroughly, relieve spinal cord compression, reduce the spinal deformity, makes the paraplegia to speed up the recovery, is worth promoting and application in clinic.
