摘要
目的探讨和研究三色光闪烁弱视治疗仪在弱视治疗中的作用和疗效.方法:选取68名弱视患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组38名患儿采用诸如红光闪烁、海丁格光刷等其他的辅助疗法进行弱视的治疗,而观察组38名患者采用三色光闪烁治疗法的方式进行治疗,比较这两组弱视患儿的视力矫正情况.结果:在经过为期1年的治疗之后,对照组中,疗效非常好18例,良好4例,较差16例;观察组中,疗效非常好33例,良好3例,较差2例,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论:与其他的辅助疗法相比,三色光闪烁弱视治疗仪在对弱视患儿的视力矫正方面的效果更加显著,可以有效地改善弱视患儿的生活状况,值得在临床医学中进一步推广和利用.
Objective To study and research on the three colored light twinkling amblyopia therapeutic apparatus in the role of amblyopia treatment and curative effect. Results: After a period of one year after treatment, the control group of 38 children with amblyopia treatment effect is very good in 18 cases, 4 patients with good and poor in 16 cases; Observation group of 38 patients in the treatment effect is very good in 33 cases, good in 3 cases and worse in 2 cases, observation group of children with amblyopia treatment effect is better than the control group, compare the differences between two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion:Compared with other auxiliary therapy, three colored light twinkling amblyopia therapeutic apparatus in terms of children with amblyopia vision correction effect is more significant, can effectively improve the lives of children with amblyopia, worthy of further promotion and use in clinical medicine.
