大肠埃希菌感染的临床分布特点及其药性研究

摘要 目的研究大肠埃希菌感染的临床分布特点及其耐药性.方法:回顾性分析我院临床分离的530株ECO资料,分析其临床分布情况以及药敏试验结果.结果:①ECO感染的部位主要为呼吸道、伤口、泌尿道、血液等;②ECO对亚胺培南、美罗培南的耐药率较低,对阿米卡星、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢哌酮/苏巴坦的耐药率≤10%,对头孢菌素、氟喹诺酮类的耐药率较高.结论:ECO的耐药性严重,在治疗ECO感染时,需结合药敏试验结果,选择合适的药物.
